Hive Sun Sets – Featuring Vance Vader Vaden

On Friday February 6th, experience the pop-up listening bar in Hive’s Celestial Gardens. DJ Vance Vader Vaden presents audio selections by visual artists exhibiting in the Summer at Hive’s gallery exhibition Parallel Practice. The collection of tracks and albums are selected sometimes as an audio response to the artwork and other times as insight into an integral part of their artistic process.

Shifting the Celestial Gardens into after hrs mode, Seventy Acre’s transforms into an evening bar and Empiere Eats food cart are on site for delicious pastry. Audio by Sounds Good envelops the space as the evening light spills into the gardens. For guests, take a moment with friends to relax in a licensed outdoor venue with lawn games and plug in to Hive’s Summer Season.

• DJ plays from 6.00pm – 8.00pm
• Adult ticket includes drink token
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Child tickets are free

If you’re not sure where the Celestial Gardens are, neither were we! This event takes place in the paved and lawned area between Hive and the Quadrant. Access to this event is from Reiby St, Main St and Quadrant Car park.
