Gain deeper insight into Rodin | Amor: Bronze Masters from the National Gallery of Australia at this special Curator’s Talk.

Join Dr Lucina Ward, Senior Curator, International Art at the National Gallery of Australia, as she explores the stories behind two remarkable sculptural studies:

  • Auguste Rodin’s Maquette for The Burghers of Calais, 1884 cast 1973, National Gallery of Australia, Kamberri/Canberra, purchased 1974
  • Rick Amor’s Study for ‘The dog , 1994, National Gallery of Australia, Kamberri/Canberra, gift of the artist, 2004, © Rick Amor/Copyright Agency
