Learn how to apply your own print to fabric by screen printing! This workshop will introduce the basic techniques of screen printing and transferring designs onto fabric. Participants will hand-cut stencils and transfer a design to do a single-colour print on a t-shirt they have brought in.

This workshop will explore textile printing through different types of ready-made blocks and fabric paints, creating colourful shapes whilst discussing our sea Country and its importance to Aboriginal people.  This is a hands-on interactive activity where young people will have the opportunity to create an artwork on their own clothing or fabric bag.
