Celebrating 100 years since the first planetarium show, the Ulverstone Planetarium is presenting special shows on May 7 at 10.30 am (Phantom of the Universe) at noon (Moonbase: The Next Step) and at 2pm (Tzim Tzum + Planet Nine), celebrating the centenary of the world’s first public planetarium show. During the Centenary shows, Dr Martin George will deliver a short, illustrated presentation about planetariums through the ages alongside the feature show.  As always, all shows will include a live description of the current night sky!
